Featuring a 1000-watt high-power fan system, the BCB-X750 incorporates BONRXIN¡¯s signature industrial design language and adopts a bottom-to-top airflow structure. The housing is available in either powder-coated steel or stainless steel, offering flexibility for diverse operating environments.
Compared to conventional single-cartridge filters, the BCB-X750 utilizes a multi-stage filtration system, which delivers more targeted purification for hazardous smoke and dust generated during laser marking applications. This not only ensures higher filtration efficiency for toxic particles but also provides enhanced protection for operators¡¯ health and helps prevent occupational illnesses.
BCB-X750 Fume Processor ¨C Filtration System
The internal filtration system of the BCB-X750 adopts a multi-stage purification process. As smoke-laden air enters the unit, it first passes through a lower-level pleated bag filter, which effectively captures large particulate matter. This primary stage alone achieves up to 90% filtration efficiency for coarse dust.
The airflow then moves upward to the high-efficiency composite filter layer. This layer incorporates advanced H-grade filtration media, offering exceptional purification performance¡ªachieving a 99.997% filtration efficiency for particles as small as 0.3 microns.
Additionally, the composite filter includes a proprietary odor control layer developed in-house by BONRXIN. This layer is specifically designed to neutralize burnt smoke odors commonly generated during laser marking processes, especially in enclosed environments such as pharmaceutical or food manufacturing workshops, meeting clients' demands for comprehensive air quality and odor management.
