The BCB-P series is a new generation flagship smoke processor launched by Bangxin Company. The P series smoke processor has two different power options on the fan, 500W and 1000W. So this time, the new product models are named BCB-P500 and BCB-P1000. BCB represents the product series, P represents the Pro level performance, and 500 and 1000 represent the power of 500 watt and 1000 watt fans, respectively.
The brand new appearance adopts a large rounded arc design, which gives the body stronger rigidity and stability, resulting in lighter vibration and lower wind noise. And equipped with industrial grade silent wheels, further reducing noise pollution.
The appearance of BCB-P500 and P1000 is white, and the whole machine adopts sheet metal spraying technology. The IP protection level can reach IP55.
The BCB-P500 S and P1000 S smoke processors feature a fully stainless steel body, designed specifically for workshop environments with higher protection requirements, with an IP protection level of up to IP55.
The entire series comes standard with three color alarm lights, which can more prominently monitor the operating status of the smoke processor. Humanized touch buttons, easy to operate, improve work efficiency. Through the control screen, various operational data of the smoke processor can be viewed, including fan speed, air pressure, filter usage status, and so on. Functionally, it can provide linkage signals, remote control of power on/off, and timed shutdown functions for automated production lines, providing convenience for operation.
The independently developed combination filter combines the H14 high-efficiency filter layer with the oxidation composite deodorization layer, achieving a laser marking smoke purification rate of 99.997% and purifying environmental odors.
