Fume Extractor BCB-350W-YF

This product is designed for the purification of dust, odors, and toxic or hazardous gases generated during laser marking, laser engraving, cutting, grinding, and similar operations. It provides excellent dust filtration and odor treatment performance. The unit features a multi-layer filtration system consisting of a 5μm filter bag, a 0.3μm PP filter cartridge, and an activated carbon filter cartridge. It effectively filters and traps all dust particles larger than 0.3μm, achieving a filtration efficiency of up to 99.70%. Additionally, the activated carbon filter adsorbs common toxic and harmful gases such as benzenes, ketones, alcohols, alkanes, and their mixed organic exhausts. The purified air can be discharged directly indoors after treatment.

This product is highly adaptable and allows flexible filter combinations according to different usage environments. For high-dust environments, the filter bag can be used in combination with the PP filter cartridge. For strong-odor environments, four layers of activated carbon can be used together with the filter bag.

1. Centrifugal Fan

This product uses a brushless DC centrifugal fan, which has a lifespan of up to 40,000 hours and requires no maintenance, ensuring high reliability. It operates with low noise and delivers high rotational speed, strong air pressure, and excellent performance.

2. LCD Display Screen

The independently developed microcomputer LCD screen uses programmable microcontroller software to enable digital control. The interface is user-friendly, and operating parameters are clearly displayed. The system automatically detects the fan’s operating status and triggers alerts for clogged ducts or saturated filters. The low-voltage control significantly improves operational safety.

3. Dust Collection Bag

This product is equipped with a large-capacity dust collection bag that filters dust particles larger than 5μm. It is composed of six layers and can hold a large volume of particulate matter. When the dust reaches a certain level, the bag can be removed, cleaned, and reused. This design is simple, time-saving, and labor-efficient.

4. Multi-Layer Filtration System

The unit adopts a three-stage filtration system: a 5μm dust collection bag for coarse dust, a 0.3μm imported PP filter cartridge, and an activated carbon filter. The system filters step-by-step based on particle size, fully removing dust above 0.3μm. The remaining gas, free of particles over 0.3μm, then passes through the high-efficiency activated carbon layer, which adsorbs toxic and hazardous gases, resulting in clean air that meets environmental standards.
