The main components of the device include a flexible suction arm, high-temperature resistant suction hose, dust collection hood (with airflow control valve), spark arrestor mesh, flame-retardant high-efficiency filter cartridge, caster wheels with brakes, fan, Huali motor, and pulse solenoid valve.

1. Main Purification Unit

The housing of the purifier is produced using seamless molds, ensuring excellent sealing and effective noise control.

2. Filter Cartridge

Equipped with antistatic filter cartridges using PTFE membranes from “DOW” (USA), the filters offer low dust adhesion, easy cleaning, excellent ventilation efficiency, and expanded filter surface area.

3. Suction Arm

The unit features a universal self-supporting suction arm that remains stable at any position. This design ensures smooth fume intake under various working conditions, enhancing purification efficiency and overall performance.

4. Mobility

The purifier is mounted on universal caster wheels with locking functions, making it easy to move and ensuring point-to-point fume capture during welding operations.

5. Dust Cleaning System (Optional)

The system includes an internal reverse-blow function. When connected to a compressed air source, it can periodically clean the high-efficiency filtration chamber, extending the device’s service life and maintaining stable purification efficiency.
